La Santísima Virgen María llega a visitar a su prima Isabel, luego de saber por el ángel Gabriel que Isabel también ha sido bendecida al concebir en su vejez a San Juan el Bautista. (Lucas 1: 39-56). La Ascensión del Señor- The Ascension of The Lord

Después de dar las últimas instrucciones a sus discípulos, Jesús se elevó al Cielo y una nube lo ocultó de su vista. Fue un momento de alegría y tristeza para su Madre y sus discípulos, pues aunque sabían que Él había entrado en la Gloria, no volverían a verlo en este mundo; Jesús prometió enviarles poco después al Paráclito, el Espíritu Santo el cual les permitirá contar con su presencia espiritual hasta el fin del mundo. (Mateo 28:16-20, Juan 15:26). La Ascensión de Jesús es el Segundo Misterio Glorioso del Santo Rosario.


English:  After giving the last instructions to His disciples, Jesus was risen up to Heaven and a cloud received Him out of their sight. It was a moment of joy and sadness for His Mother and His disciples because although they knew He had entered to the Glory, they would not see Him again in this world; Jesus promised to send them a little after the Paraclete, the Holy Spirit, who will allow them to have His spiritual presence until the end of world. (Matthew 28:16-20, John 15:26). The Ascension of the Lord is the Second Glorious Mystery of the Holy Rosary.
